Agencies running Meta ads for clients spend a surprising share of the week on one loop: export the ads, send them to the client, collect comments from an email thread, find which ad each comment means, and make sure the rejected ones never go live. The October 27 release moves that loop into Nask AI.
What changed
On the Campaigns page, select the campaigns you want reviewed and click Export approval link. Nask AI creates one link for one client, so the selection has to come from a single client; if it does not, the button tells you “One link is for one client: select campaigns of a single client”. When the link is ready you copy it and send it however you already talk to that client.
The client opens the link without an account. The same day a second update reshaped the page into one grid: six ads per row on a laptop, four on a tablet and three on a phone, with each thumbnail kept at its real aspect ratio. Every ad starts approved. Clicking the green check rejects an ad and opens a short form for the reason (a dialog on a desktop, a bottom sheet on a phone). Clicking an ad opens it large with its copy, and the arrow keys move between ads. At the bottom, one button either says Approve all, which sends nothing, or Send review, which sends the rejections and their reasons back to you.
What happens to a rejected ad
When the review comes back you get a notification in the app. Each ad the client rejected carries a Rejected by client badge in Nask AI Studio, and the Campaigns page shows how many were rejected. Those ads are dropped from Publish: they do not reach Meta until you approve them again in Studio. Your own approval is never overwritten by the client’s answer; overriding a rejection is one deliberate click.
If some of the rejected ads were already live, Amend and disable published ads lists the published ones and pauses them on Meta after you confirm. It only pauses, it never deletes, and ads that were never published need nothing because they are already out of Publish.
Managing links
Each client page lists its Approval links with a Revoke button, so a link sent to the wrong person, or one you no longer want answered, stops working. If no link exists yet, the list points you to the Campaigns page to create one.
Where it sits in the workflow
The approval link sits between generating the ads and publishing them. The full sequence, from the brief in Nask AI Studio to the tracked booked call, is laid out on how Nask AI works, and the agency features that come with it are compared on the pricing page.
